MUSICTODAY TICKETING USER AGREEMENT

Welcome to the Musictoday, LLC and 2009 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival ticketing ("Site") which provides its services to you subject to the following notices, terms and conditions ("Terms"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all laws and regulations governing the Site. Musictoday, LLC has the right to change these Terms at any time, which shall be effective as to any transaction made following the posting of the change on the site.

Sales and Refunds

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The 2009 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival will take place RAIN OR SHINE . All acts advertised have confirmed their appearance at the 2009 Bonnaroo Music Festival; however, acts are subject to change without notice. There will be no refunds resulting from the failure of any act to appear at the festival. If you purchase RV Passes separate from your original order, you must have an order for tickets already in the system. If you place orders for RV Passes without having first placed a ticket order, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your RV Pass order.

    Tickets for BONNAROO 2009 are priced at four levels.
    A limited number of tickets for the 2009 Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival will be available through a special holiday pre-sale from December 4th to December 31st, 2008 for $209.50 plus applicable fees. Once those tickets are sold out, prices will increase without notice to $224.50 then again to $234.50 and finally to 249.50.

    Service fees for GA tickets are $23.10 per ticket.

    VIP tickets for the 2009 Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival will be available for purchase for $1,349.50 per pair plus applicable fees.

    Service fees for VIP ticket packages are $72.65 per two ticket package.

    There is a limit of (10) general admission tickets per order.

    There is a limit of (1) VIP package per order.

    Children of all ages will be welcome. Tickets will be required for children 6 and older.

    In the event of a cancellation of 2009 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Service, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. If the Festival is moved to another date tickets will remain valid and refund requests will be accepted up until (and including) the revised date of the event. In the event of a cancellation or postponement we will send an e-mail to the e-mail address provided by you in the ordering process (you must provide a valid e-mail address with your order) to notify you of the event status.

    There will be no reissues for lost or stolen tickets.

  • Tickets for sale are intended for purchase by adults. By making a purchase on the site, you agree that you are at least 13 years of age.

  • PAYMENT PLAN TICKETS.

    Payment Plan Ticket Price:

    (5) payments of $50.00 plus applicable fees

    Payment plan ticket fees are $28.90 per ticket, which includes a $6.00 facility fee, $3.00 contribution to Coffee County, $1.00 charity donation, and $5.00 payment plan fee ($1.00 per payment), and service fees.

    All ticket fees including shipping will be added to your 1st payment.

    VIP Two Ticket Package Payment Plan Price:

    (5) payments of $285.00 plus applicable fees.

    Payment plan ticket fees are $76.05 per pair, which includes per ticket a $6.00 facility fee, $3.00 contribution to Coffee County, $1.00 charity donation, and service fees.

    All ticket fees including shipping will be added to your 1st payment.

  • IMPORTANT: If, for any reason, any of your payments are declined, in whole or in part, then ALL OF THE FOLLOWING WILL APPLY: (i) your order and your tickets will be cancelled (ii) any payment received as of that date will be kept by us as partial offset for your default, (iii) you will still owe the balance of the full amount due for each ticket and you authorize Bonnaroo and Musictoday to charge your credit card for any balance due, (iv) Musictoday and Bonnaroo will be entitled to pursue all of their legal and equitable remedies to recover the full payment from you, and (v) you agree to pay all costs of collection incurred by Musictoday or Bonnaroo, including legal fees, that they may incur in collecting the balance of each ticket price. Payment Plan Tickets are subject to all of the other terms of the ticketing agreement.




RV PARKING AREA / RV PARKING PASSES - (Buses and Oversize vehicles included)
  • RV Parking Passes will be available as an add-on to your ticket order for $125.00 per RV. Everyone in an RV must posses a regular festival ticket to enter. Each RV will only need one RV pass to enter.
  • At the time you purchase tickets you will be given the option of purchasing an RV Plus Companion Vehicle Pass for $150. The Companion Vehicle pass will allow an accompanying vehicle into a designated camping area next to the RV camping areas. Companion Vehicles will not be allowed to park directly next to an RV. The Companion Vehicle must arrive together with the RV so it can be parked in the appropriate corresponding area. Make sure you stay together as you approach the site. Companion Vehicles will not be allowed to park in the RV area fire lanes. Any vehicles or obstructions will be removed at the owner’s expense.
  • To bring an RV to Bonnaroo 2009, you must purchase an RV Pass after you select your tickets during the purchase process. The cost of the passes includes service fees, but shipping fees do apply. Companion vehicles will be allowed to park close to the RV parking area to allow sharing of RVs. When purchasing the RV pass, you will also have the choice of RV+Companion Pass combo. The Companion Vehicle pass will allow an accompanying vehicle into a designated camping area next to the RV camping areas. Companion Vehicles will not be allowed to park directly next to an RV. The Companion Vehicle must arrive together with the RV so it can be parked in the appropriate corresponding area. Make sure you stay together as you approach the site. Companion Vehicles will not be allowed to park in the RV area fire lanes. Any vehicles or obstructions will be removed at the owner’s expense. It is your responsibility to make sure you and your Companions coordinate your vehicles to use your RV+Companion Passes. Refunds are not available due to transportation issues surrounding not being able to coordinate your Companion with your RV. To choose this option, select it on the next screen after you select your tickets. Choosing the Companion Vehicle Pass with an RV Pass helps to share the expense of the RV with your friends, and ensure close proximity to each other during the event.
  • A company will be onsite in the RV areas to pump tanks and refill water for an appropriate fee.
BONNAROO ON-SITE RV TRAILERS

For the first time Bonnaroo is offering patrons the chance to rent a limited number of pre-parked RV Trailers at the festival. These RV Trailers will be parked in RV parking areas in close proximity to Centeroo, in both the VIP and General camping areas, and you will be able to drive directly up to them in your vehicle and park. There is only one parking space allotted to each unit, so any additional vehicles in your party will need to park in either outside of the festival, or in the general or VIP campgrounds potentially away from the RV trailer location. Amenities for these RV Trailers include:
  • Power hook ups
  • Air Conditioning
  • Daily water pumping and refilling by dedicated RV Staff
  • Daily waste pumping by dedicated RV Staff
  • Sleeping accommodations (Beds and pullout couches) for up to 6 people
  • Bedding (sheets, blankets, and pillows)
  • Clean bathroom and shower
  • Kitchen
  • Comfortable Seating and Hang area
  • Minimum square footage of each unit: TBD
The rental cost of each unit is $3,192 plus a $1,000 damage deposit. Damage deposit will be completely refunded following the weekend of the festival as long as there is no damage to the unit. The units do not include tickets to the festival, so you will need to purchase those separately.

PAYMENT PLAN For a limited time only, you have the option of renting a RV via a payment plan. This plan will spread the rental cost over 3 months, and there will be a $20 charge on top of the rental price applied to the first payment.

Your first payment will serve to secure your RV Trailer. All subsequent payments will be automatically charged to the credit card used for the initial purchase. Dates for the payment plan can be found below.

Musictoday will send you an e-mail a week before each of your additional payments are due to remind you that your credit card is about to be charged. Be sure no spam blockers will stop this email. Bonnaroo is not responsible if you do not receive these e-mails for any reason.

Prior to the festival, you will receive instructions from our staff on the RV Trailer area and how you will be directed to the units upon arrival.

Order Delivery

  • All tickets will be shipped on Wednesday, May 27th. PLEASE REMEMBER TO HAVE YOUR TICKETS SHIPPED TO AN ADDRESS WHERE YOU WILL BE IN LATE MAY OR EARLY JUNE. Remember UPS delivers between 8AM and 5PM Monday-Friday so please provide an address where you will be during those hours. Many of our customer’s have their tickets shipped to their business address for this reason. If three attempts are made without success, the tickets will be returned to us. We can resend them to you for an additional ship fee of $15.00. If we need to overnight the tickets in order for you to have them by the time of the show, that fee increases to $25.00. THERE IS NO WILL CALL FOR THIS EVENT. We will send you an email with the UPS Tracking Information on the day your tickets are shipped.

  • By placing your order, you acknowledge that your name will be released to the event coordinator.

Scalping and Re-Selling
  • Scalping of Tickets is Prohibited! Tickets purchased through this site are intended for personal use. We strictly prohibit the resale of any tickets obtained through this site for more than the purchase price. If you are found to be reselling, trading or brokering tickets that you purchased through this site for profit, we may at our sole discretion cancel all or part of your ticket order and all or part of other pending orders in your name. If we cancel your tickets, a refund of the total face value of the tickets minus a $25.00 per ticket processing fee will be issued to the card used to place the order. No other service, processing or shipping fees charged at the time of purchase will be refunded. We reserve the right to investigate all orders suspected to be in violation of this policy. We are the final authority on the interpretation of the rules in this policy.


Lawful Use

You may visit, view and retain copies of this Site for your own personal use but may not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute information from the Site for any purpose other than to review event information and to purchase tickets for personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by Musictoday, LLC. Musictoday.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Musictoday, LLC believes the customers conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Musictoday, LLC.

Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will Musictoday, LLC be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental special or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if Musictoday, LLC has been advised of the possibility of damages. The disclaimer of liability applies to any and all damages or injury from any cause, including without limitation damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action.
